Hello & Welcome...
I'm Dyan (pronounced Dionne), and I’m thrilled to share that I turned 59 in January 2025! That is why I am passionate about working with seniors ages 55 and up. When I chose to change my lifelong marketing career to fitness, my goal was to help other seniors who may have experienced many of my difficulties over the years – joint pain, arthritis, inflammation, depression, and weight issues. Yes, I have been through them all, and if I can help other seniors feel better and move better, that is the goal.
I use evidence-based exercises to help boost strength, balance, and flexibility while enhancing overall wellness.

Did you know? According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Less than 15% of older adults, age 65 and older, meet the recommended aerobic and muscle-strengthening activities.
By 2030, 1 in every 5 Americans will be 65 or older. Promoting physical activity and reducing sedentary behavior in older adults is especially important because this population is the least physically active of any age group. Most older adults spend a significant portion of their day engaging in sedentary behavior.
